Indonesia – Japanese company Fujitsu Ten has established a manufacturing plant in West Java, Indonesia, as part of international expansion plans, which currently focus on emerging markets.

The new manufacturing plant caters to car audio-related products, such as CD tuners, display audio, and automobile electronic equipment such as engine control and airbag control electronic equipment.

Established solely through its own investment, operations at the new factory will commence in July next year, with mass production to begin at the end of that year.

Additionally, Fujitsu has also signed a joint-venture contract with PT Anugrah Valova Electrindo in order to establish a local vendor in the country, with business to start in October.
