Michelin Thailand tightens up CEVA deal

Thailand - Michelin Thailand has renewed its partnership with CEVA Logistics, where the latter will continue to provide overall logistics management for the next three years.

CEVA will handle inbound movement of tires from Michelin's production plants into warehouse facilities in three main locations across Thailand - Laemchabang, Nongkea, and Nongree.

The logistics provider will also manage third-party sub-contractors and transport providers, as well as transportation planning and delivery control activities.

CEVA will also provide Network Engineering, full KPI reporting, and POD management to ensure targets for Michelin are met.

On top of managing reverse logistics, CEVA will also provide services for cross-border transportation to and from Malaysia, and focus on continuous value creation in transportation by reducing cost and CO2 emissions.
