India - CEVA Logistics has signed an agreement with Procter & Gamble (P&G) to provide integrated supply chain services in Dubai.

CEVA will be managing customs clearance activities for P&G's fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and the transporting of products from the port to CEVA's new warehouse in Dubai. It will be in charge of warehousing activities and pick and pack services, as well as the outbound distribution of P&G's products in the Middle East.

The partnership is a strong start to the collaboration in Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, says Al Rajwani, vice president and general manager of P&G, Arabian Peninsula and Pakistan.

Gianfranco Sgro, president of CEVA for Southern Europe, the Middle East and Africa believes their familiarity with Dubai's market requirements makes them an excellent partner for P&G.
