Global - CEVA Logistics has signed a three year contract with commercial jet manufacturer Embraer (Empresa Brasileira de Aeronáutica S.A.).
With the new partnership agreement, CEVA will supply spare parts to Embraer's expanding executive jet fleet market in the Middle East, in addition to providing support to operators in North Africa and India.

The logistics company will also be responsible for customs clearance procedures, stock management, pick and pack activities and express pick up services for aircraft on the ground, ensuring 24/7 operational coverage.

CEVA will dedicate 700 sq m to Embraer's activities in its Dubai distribution centre, located in close proximity to the Dubai International Airport in the Jebel Ali Free Zone of Jafza region.

The distribution centre houses approximately 3,000 spare parts.
Gianfranco Sgro, president of CEVA Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa, said, "CEVA is focused on improving its regional presence within the Jafza region with the expansion of its local warehouse network. This development strategy allows us to optimise delivery times, ensuring spare parts availability according to demand across the area," he said.
