Hong Kong - The successful candidate will direct the strategy of material management, including qualifying new suppliers, managing all suppliers and control all material cost as well as approve department process flow.

Role Description

• Direct the strategy of Material management
• Qualify new suppliers according to company's requirement
• Approve department process flow
• Management for all suppliers and control all material cost
• Approved for all Purchase Order or top important document as department head
• Quarterly evaluation for all suppliers and price down discussion
• Warehouse inventory Management
• Production contract management and customs clearance
• Daily operation job for the material department
• Provide guideline to section manager for department management
• Reduce company' cost for overview department job and process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business
• At least 15 years' experience in purchasing/planning fields, at least 8 years in managerial position
• Experience in the manufacturing of sheet metal and/or plastic parts and assemblies
• Exposure in a large scale manufacturing environment will be an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent English reading, writing, listening and speaking ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm, Self-confidence, Persistence, Goal-oriented, Initiative, Self-discipline and Imagination
