CEVA appoints new COO

CEVA LOGISTICS     SENIOR APPOINTMENTS    HR

Global - CEVA Logistics has appointed Matthew Ryan to the newly created role of COO, focusing on providing operational supply chain service excellence.

Ryan moves to this position from his role as executive VP of world wide operations and logistics at Flextronics. As COO at CEVA, Ryan will be in charge or galvanising and integrating all the operational, bottom line elements of the global business and will assume overall responsibility for the FM network, global procurement and the global operations team.

"Matt brings to CEVA a wealth of operational, supply chain and service focused experience with nearly 20 years in the highly competitive and dynamic environment of global electronics manufacturing and distribution," said John Pattullo, CEO of CEVA Logistics. "He has a well deserved reputation for establishing and leading world class, global operations - covering more than 20 countries and four continents."

Ryan will join CEVA on 3 August and will be based in the company's head office in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.

CEVA in April announced the sudden departure of its CFO Stuart Young. The company did not give details into his departure, but appointed Tom White, member of the board of directors for CEVA group as acting CFO.
