CEVA steps into Crocs business
Published: Jun 10, 2009 China - CEVA logistics has scooped up the contract to manage footwear retailer Crocs' distribution centre in Shenzhen. Under the contract, CEVA will manage all warehouse activities and the inbound and outbound distribution in Shenzhen. CEVA currently operates approximately 30,000m2 of warehouse space for Crocs and supports its worldwide transportation. The supply chain company last month won the contract to manage Crocs for the Middle East region. Benson Sze, director of logistics and distribution of Crocs China, said: "CEVA has demonstrated excellent management support and competence to fulfill our day-to-day logistics challenges in Asia. It has, once again, proved itself as the better service provider between other logistics players and for this reason, we are confident that CEVA will continue to deliver unparalleled service and commitment to support our operations in Shenzhen." CEVA MD Chris Pollard said he believes the new contract will cement its relationship with Crocs. |
