Singapore – Four senior executives in Asia will be reshuffled, as part of a wider corporate succession programme.

"One of UPS's long-standing strengths is our career development and leadership succession programme where we move talent and expertise within the company to meet our business needs as well as to broaden the experience of our employees," explains Alice Chong, regional learning and development director at UPS Asia Pacific Region.

Craig Foster will take on the position of senior VP of UPS South District, taking over the now-retired Andy Connelly. In the position, Foster will assume overall responsibilities for UPS package and supply chain operations in 29 countries in Asia including Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Meanwhile, long-standing MD of UPS Singapore Mary Yeo will assume the role of VP of Supply Chain Operations for UPS South District, a role that was previously held by Foster. Yeo will oversee the company's supply chain business in South Asian markets including Australia, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia and Thailand.

Taking Yeo's previous role is Gillian Sim, previously VP of Supply Chain Operations at UPS North District. Sim will be responsible for the strategic management of UPS's business in Singapore. Her role as VP of Supply Chain Operations for UPS North District will be filled by Lancelot Lee, who currently holds the position of director of UPS North China. In his new position, Lee will head up supply chain operations in Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
