Singapore - This candidate will be responsible for providing property solutions that meet business needs, and obtaining business premises by leasing, development and acquisition.

Role description:

Key responsibilities include providing property solutions that meet business needs, and obtaining business premises by leasing, development and acquisition(including detailed site selection and project management for new construction). You will also prepare investment requests and approve them along with internal customers as well as manage property portfolios within the region/sub-region.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Mechanical/ Electrical or Facilities Management, with at least 10 years' experience in facility/building management and good experience in complaint management.
